Unless noted otherwise, our garments are all cleaned and in excellent condition. If we notice a flaw or something that we think you should know about before purchasing, we will mention it in the listing. But, we are human and do sometimes miss things, so we have developed a policy to deal with those issues. Things to be expected with vintage clothing are a few loose threads, and other very minor signs of wear. Major flaws are always mentioned and the price is adjusted accordingly.
We stand behind our products with a full satisfaction money-back guarantee, if there is a issue that we failed to mention in terms of the condition, and full store credit for any other issues. But we make absolutely no exceptions to our return policy.

If you are returning an item because we failed to mention a major flaw, we will issue a refund of the full purchase price, usually within 48 hours of receipt of the item in satisfactory condition. If the item is being returned because of size, fit, or other issues, we offer store credit only.
NOTE: If the item is returned in a condition that indicates it was worn, or with any noted damage, Dress reserves the right to determine the fair amount of the return. International returns are accepted only if the buyer pays for all shipping costs.
No refunds are given on items damaged in shipping by the carrier. We ship all items insured and the purchaser is asked to pursue any shipping claims with the carrier - usually the US Postal Service.
