Portland Oregon Penninsula Park Rose Garden Rose Festival Brooch

Extremely rare, historical brooch depicting Mount Hood and roses with a clock inside of a deer's antlers. We aren't sure if this was created for the Portland Rose Festival or if it was made to commemorate the creation of the Penninsula Park Rose Garden in Portland. Either way, it is a beautiful pin and it is in excellent condition.
