Vintage 2 piece floral cloisonne dress buckle

Pretty blue floral cloisonne 2 piece vintage dress buckle! This measures 2 and 1/2 inches when connected and just under 1 and 1/2 inches high.
The blue is more of a cobalt and appears brighter in photos. The border is a shade of turquoise. We have several beautiful collectible vintage buckles from this estate. Marked Made in Czechoslovakia.
