Vintage Rhinestone Dress Sash Buckle

This is an older belt or sash buckle that appears to have been hand forged! Beautiful alternating square and round multi faceted prong set rhinestones that measure 1/4 inches on a 1 and 1/2 by 3 inch buckle. Circa late 1920s or early 1930's.
