Sterling silver filigree Antique black onyx diamond Edwardian ring

Vintage Edwardian filigree sterling silver ring with black onyx and diamond. This unique antique ring is from an estate of vintage Victorian and Edwardian jewelry we acquired last year. The ring face is 10 by 20mm and the center diamond ( I believe it is a diamond) is 4mm in diameter. This ring is the smallest adult ring I have ever seen! Measuring only 13mm in diameter (US size 1 and 3/4). I would have loved to have seen the woman's hands who originally wore this beautiful ring..it doesn't even fit on my pinky!
