Vintage 18k gold sapphire and diamond ladies cocktail ring

Vintage ring from an estate of amazing vintage jewelry! Marked 18k, this white gold ring has prong set sapphires and diamonds and weighs approximately 5 grams. The center sapphire is 4 by 9mm and the smaller diamonds and sapphires are 2mm. The only mark found is 18k. Beautiful ring!Measures 17mm in diameter (size 7).
