Ornate Vintage Bracelet with Yellow Topaz

Sensational bracelet with enamel flowers and leaves against a heavily designed guilded brass backdrop. 

The stones appear to be topaz and measure ½” long.  The bracelet is almost and inch and a half wide and 7” long. I estimate it to be from the 1930's.-
