Gilded Brass 1930s or 1940s Victorian Revival " Necklace "

This piece came from one of our estates and is quite a mystery to me. I believe that it is from the Victorian Revival period. It is ornately designed with pretty leaves, citrine colored faceted rhinestones and beautifully crafted brass. The interesting part is that it attaches with two dress clips! I've never seen one like it but it is exceptional and in mint condition. Center heart piece is 2 and 1/2 inches with drops measuring 1 and 1/2 inches. The dress clips are 1 and 1/2 inches long and are attached to center heart with 3 inches of triple strand link chains. Wonderful find!
