October 1946 vintage Californian magazine. Front cover has a center crease and magazine a musty odor, but it is otherwise in good condition with no tears, rips, etc.. We have several of these from an estate on our site. This one, like the others, has incredible California 40s fashions and vintage ads including: Marjorie Montgomery, May Co. Los Angeles, great 40s shoe ads, ads from many Hollywood boutiques, Dorothy Phillips, Peggy Hunt, Perfume ads, an outstanding Mabs Hand Painted bridal lingerie ad, Viola Dimmitt, Hollywood Premier loungewear, Mamzelle lingerie, Gay Diversion Perfume, and Hollywood Rogue sportswear corp. County Fair fashion spread, Suede Aristocrats peep toe shoe fashions, an article about buying fundamental lingerie, raincoat fashions, and these magazines all have great mid century modern interior design features, articles about California cooking, and usually have a California debutante in at least one of their fashion features. Great, rare fashion collectibles!
