Rare vintage Butterick 6500 Santa Claus suit costume from the late 30s or early 40s

Rare find! Vintage late 1930s or early 1940s unprinted cut but complete sewing pattern for a Santa Claus suit including leggings, hat, coat, belt and pants. Early Butterick patterns weren't dated, but this one is unprinted and has a black and white envelope, so I'm estimating it to be from the late 30's or early 40s.
