Vintage I Magnin Importers 1940s hat from promenent estate in excellent condition with beautiful flowers on navy blue velvet ribbon that ties in a bow at the bac! The owner of this hat also owned many of the Hattie Carnegie hats we have available on our site. 21" in circumference.
