Beautiful satin late 1930s or early 1940s hat with feather plumes. Famous Barr Co St. Louis hat A couple of the feather have broken off but could easily be replaced. The satin is perfectly pleated and the hat is in exceptional condition. Tip front so size is somewhat adjustable and the crown measures 16".
