1940s or 1950s TONI Bullocks Wilshire Straw hat with flowers

Vintage Bullocks Wilshire hat by Toni from the late 1940s or early 1950s. Beautiful flowers form a wreath around the open crown. The lower Price reflects two flaws found, a break in the straw at the edge and a darkish spot on the brim. Black velvet bow and 7 " brim in the front that goes to 5" in the back. Crown is 16" in circumference. Pretty hat!
