VIntage 1960s hat from Sally Victor "Headlines". 1960s mod hat with 1920s style floral appliques and wide green grosgrain ribbon band. Price reflects that the label and inside rim are soiled, but otherwise no problems found! 21 inches - a little too small for my mannequin as you can see!
