Vintage black velvet ring hat with birdcage veil dots

1950s black velvet ring hat with pleated grosgrain ribbon and birdcage veil with velvet dots. 19 and 1/2 inches in diameter and 2 inches high. Excellent condition with no tears in netting. Pretty little vintage hat!
