Navy Blue taffeta vintage cocktail party dress with fabulous ruching at the waistline and dramatic ruffle at the neckline! Dress has fuschia tulle trim on the hemline of the lining and a great tie at the neck above the open back. Exterior of dress is in fabulous condition, but the lining is discolored on the inside. (Doesn't show). Back zipper and ready to wear to your next soiree! Made in the USA.
