1920s bias cut vintage sleeveless silk smock pleated dress with beaded vintage 20s black silk coat

This ensemble came from the same estate so I am selling them together. Vintage 20s sleeveless peach silk or rayon dress with smock pleating, cut on the bias. Simple 1920s dress with pretty details! The price reflects a few faint spots on the front that were impossible to photograph and some very tiny pin holes near neckline (possibly where a flower used to be pinned)? There is also some red thread in the V of the back as shown in photo. Price reflects these issues, but the dress is in clean, wearable condition! The coat shows more wear as it has a tear to the lining at the collar, interior only underarm discoloration, and a couple of small holes in the fabric itself. The price reflects these issues so these are being sold as is. We love the pretty beaded collar on the coat and the print of the silk lining!
