Vintage 1950's blue KAY SELIG dreamy chiffon dress with tulle underskirt and lovely ruched bodice. Taffeta and tulle underslips, side metal zipper and "boning". You will find it to be in excellent condition and ready to wear! You can wear this with or without the crinoline (as shown, but not included), either way, you will feel and look like a star!
