Perfect cocktail party dress in navy chiffon over taffeta with shirred bodice and sheer sleeves. I've shown it with a crinoline underslip to indicate fullness. Fabulous Victor Costa did it again with this dress that is designed to fit a woman's body perfectly, emphasizing the waist and constructed with just enough boning for structure. There are inside elastic shoulder straps that are optional. Mint.
