Outstanding strapless soft taffeta vintage dress from the late 70's in black with ruffles, pleating and red contrast that adds just enough style! Really incredible and fitted underneath with layered over skirt. Excellent condition but no longer has the maker label. Reminds me of Victor Costa dresses, but appears a little older. The care label states; Dry clean only. Do not use petroleum solvents or the coin operated method of dry cleaning. Union label made in the USA with the number 392451. Ready to wear!
