Tulle and Velvet Party Dress
Early 1960s white skirted party dress with black velvet halter bodice. Back metal zipper and two layers of tulle over taffeta. I couldn't even find one hole in the tulle, which is quite unusual! Shown with additional tulle underskirt (not included).Fairytale dress and other than missing original belt, it is in excellent condition.
