This vintage 1950s party dress is from one of our best estates. The owner of this dress also owned many pieces from important mid century designers like Ceil Chapman, Harvey Berin, Nina Ricci, Norman Norell, Chanel, and Schiaparelli. This lovely vintage dress, though unlabeled, is exceptionally well made and has a beautiful panel that is smock pleated. Mint condition with 3/4 length sleeves and a sice metal zipper. This vintage dress would make a beautiful wedding gown or bridesmaid dress as well as a pretty party dress! I wish the photos could show how absolutely beautiful this dress is in person, because it is truly sublime and ultra sophisticated. There is an attached tulle underskirt but we've added an additional one to indicate fullness. A beautiful vintage dress that just needs the perfect necklace and a great pair of vintage shoes!
