Though we believe this was possibly worn originally with a skirt, it now makes the perfect dress! Beautiful black silk velvet with incredible lace! We love finding older vintage dresses in wearable condition like this one - it's also rarer to find one with a label! This dress has a label from Kiernan's in Modesto, California.
