Amazing Island natives make this Blue, gold and cream rayon print dress an exceptional 40's piece. There is a matching fabric belt but it is missing the metal piece that would normally insert into the holes. Front mother of pearl buttons, side metal zipper and cuffed short sleeves. Excellent condition.
