This pretty casual dress by Pierre Cardin is from the late 70's or early 80's and is made of fully lined poly chiffon with a fabric covered belt. The skirt is pleated and there are slight shoulder pads in the sleeves. I found 2 small snags, and the lining of the belt shows some wear in a two inch section, otherwise excellent condition!
