Vintage 1940s floral periwinkle blue and white woman's day dress. WWII fashion fab! Pretty string flower attached at V of bodice, smock pleated shoulders with slightly gathered short sleeves, and in excellent condition! Pretty matching fabric belt. Appears to have never been worn.
