Late 1960s or very early 1970s Spanish peasant style Red maxi dress from designer Anne Fogarty vintage dress!Trimmed in black lace with matching shawl. Off shoulder dress with velvet band under the empire waist and puff sleeves. Fab 23" by 120" shawl trimmed in black lace. Fabulous dress and the price reflects the following issues: 4 scattered pin head sized dots on one sleeve that appear to be ink? Very small. Also, the velvet belt / sash attached to the dress is coming loose and needs a few stitches.
