Ivory slipper satin 40s wedding gown with beautiful lace inserts

This is an incredible vintage ivory slipper satin wedding gown from the 1940s. The gorgeous 3 and 1/2 inch wide lace inserts add so much glamour to the gown and the pleated bodice is embellished with beautiful wax orange blossom flowers. There is a place in the train where the lace needs a few stitches to be re attached, and I would suggest that the buttons be replaced as they are now darker than they were originally and one is missing. I've adjusted the price by $100 so that you can hire a seamstress to take care of these issues. As my return customers know, I don't do any repairs myself, I only clean, steam, and/or press my garments, as many collectors don't like anything to be done to the pieces when they buy them. These very minor issues can be easily fixed and you will end up with an exceptional wedding gown for your special day!
