Vintage 1960s watercolor Chiffon strapless Samuel Winston designer dress

This is simply an outstanding vintage dress! Beautiful designer pink and green watercolor silk chiffon strapless dress from Samuel Winston by Roxanne. The construction is similar to that of high end couture evening gowns and the bodice is lined with a "boned" satin built in "corset". The skirt of the dress is lined with pink silk crepe. The sash can be worn as shown or looped through the loops in the back of the dress on the underside. There is nothing like true silk chiffon, one of my favorite fabrics! Excellent condition and purchased at Helft's Beverly Hills in the 1960s.
