blue silk velvet formal dress
Pretty vintage late 20s formal silk velvet dress with gorgeous belt buckle studded with multi colored rhinestones. The tips of the velvet tie are also studded with the same stones. The dress has gathered sleeves that snap at the cuffs and appears to have been hand made. XS size and though there are a few loose threads hear and there, it is in good condition and wearable.
