Vintage 1950s
Rosalie MaCrini
New York
Strapless formal
This strapless ball gown came from the estate of Isabell Gerhart, you can read about her in the vintage thoughts from Lisa archive! She had sensational vintage clothing. It is absolutely exquisite and the photos are a pale comparison to the dress in person. It is by designer Rosalie Macrini and is from the late 50's or early 60's. It is a lovely champagne satin with a tulle under skirt and a corseted bodice underneath the beautiful bow. The dress is fully lined and has never been worn! It would make an exceptional wedding gown!
