Polka Dot dress
Victor Costa vintage 80s strapless dress with amazing bow! Could be right off the runway this season! Dress has back zipper and back slit. There are some "rough spots" that are visible with only very close inspection in the back of the dress right where the person wearing it would have been sitting. I only found them when examining very closely. The slit appears to have been lengthened as well. Other than that, the dress is in very good condition and is ready to wear to your next party!
