Showstopping! This red carpet dress reminds us of something that Greta Garbo or Marlene Detrich would have worn! Gorgeous black rayon full length vintage 1930s or early 40s dress with amazing slightly gathered sleeves sleeves that are open on each side. Detailed smock pleating, side snaps, and the dress is in excellent condition. No labels which is unfortunate because this seems to have been created by someone who definitely knew what they were doing! Very similar to styles by Gilbert Adrian. Vintage clothing from this era is the epitome of glamour!
