Exceptional 1940's black Emma Domb formal dress. Wonderful dress from Emma Domb's 40s "Party Lines" collection. Satin with fine net overdress. There is a small hole in the front that is not easily noticed because of the black lining and a pinhole near the hem. The ruffled hemline has a double layer of netting for extra fullness.
