Bias Cut nightgown

Vintage late 1930s or early 1940s bridal nightgown with gorgeous lace and bias cut. The shorter length makes me believe it is from the 40s. Color is more of a champagne and not quite as pink as it might appear in some of the photos. Beautiful silk and incredible detail. Fits 32-34 bust and 36-38 hips. The gown is in excellent condition and is 51 inches from the top of the shoulder. Perfect for a bridal trousseau or could even be a wedding gown! When you buy vintage clothing, you can think of different ways to wear things than they were originally intended! Some of the vintage slips and gowns are just too beautfiul to never be seen!
