Vintage Bill Atkinson Glen of Michigan 60s mid century plaid wool coat and scarf

Early 1960s vintage red plaid wool coat from Bill Atkinson Glen of Michigan. Coat and fringed scarf are in absolutely pristine condition and the coat has fab big buttons and nice deep pockets. Comes from an outstanding estate that included only the best mid century designer clothing from designers including Ceil Chapman, Claire McCardell, Clare Potter, Tina Leser, and Mollie Parnis. The 63 inch long scarf attaches with a single button to the nape of the neck and this beautiful 32 inch long coat fits up to 40" bust. Stephanie is wearing this fabulous coat with a vintage 1970s black maxi skirt.
