Vintage YSL Rive Gauche brown silk blouse with 1” ruffle on the collar and 1 ½” ruffle on the cuffs. 

Slightly gathered sleeves, 3 front buttons and an 80” long silk sash that is attached with one or two stitches and can be removed or form a beautiful bow at the neckline.  Excellent condition.
