Vintage Liquid Satin 1940’s ruffled Blouse

Vintage 1940s liquid satin blouse with back tie and front bodice ruffle. Fit is somewhat adjustable because of the tie in the back. Short sleeves and measures 20 inches from the nape of the neck. The sleeves are 1/2 inches and we found a few pin pricks 3" above hemline.
