Green velvet 2 piece pantsuit from BIBA. Biba epitomized London Street fashion and this vintage 70s outfit is a perfect example of that iconic style! High waisted pants and fitted one button blazer. The blazer is lined with gorgeous lime green satin and the pants have a front zipper and hook and eye closures. The pants have 2 inches available that could be let out in the hem if needed.
