Vintage Ralph Lauren white blouse with beautiful cream lace

Beautiful vintage white blouse with puff sleeves and exquisite lace scarf from Ralph Lauren. The cream lace scarf is attached and can be tied in a variety of interesting ways to create different looks. Made in Hong Kong in late 1970s or very early 1980s, this blouse buttons up the front and has the same cream lace trim on the cuffs of the sleeves.
