Beautiful vintage designer blouse from Valentino. Valentino Boutique vintage blouse with brown and black polka dots on cream silk. Wonderful top with buttons up the back and pretty lace tie at the neck. The tie is attached with a single stitch, so it could be removed easily. Pleated bodice and pretty blousy sleeves. Mint condition. Shown with a vintage Valentino black velvet skirt.
