This is an incredible vintage rayon blouse from the 1940s! Handpainted on the collar, cuffs, and down the center front with vines and blue birds and sprinkled with glitter! Art Originals California Beverly Hills label. Only thing found was very very slight "ring around the collar" on the inside. Otherwise excellent condition!
